WEATHER UPDATE​ 21st Feb 11am

THE RACE WILL CURRENTLY RUN THIS SUNDAY

We conducted a course inspection this morning in conditions forecast to be worse than those expected on Sunday. The course was rowable. Conditions between Harrods and Putney were rough and we are currently reviewing the finish circulation to allow crews returning to Putney after the finish to return in the calmer water in the lee of the Surrey bank. We will update later today.

The forecast for Sunday is for breezy conditions but is currently within our safety parameters. The forecast is for the breeze to stiffen later in the afternoon.

All crews are reminded to pay particular attention to instructions from Marshall's and be aware of all crews in their vicinity. Please allow extra time to get to your start position.
